Jason Seiken, board of visitors chair, is CEO of QCatalyst, a digital transformation company that works with some of the world’s leading media brands. He was formerly chief content officer and editor-in-chief at the Telegraph in London. He also worked at PBS as senior vice president and general manager of Digital, where his team transformed PBS into an industry leader. Under his leadership, PBS.org rose to become a top-25 video site on comScore, with more than a quarter-billion video views per month, and PBSKIDS.org becoming the most popular U.S. children’s website for video. Seiken’s group also created PBS Digital Studios, which has produced several hit Web-original series, including the YouTube hit Mister Rogers remixed. In 2013, PBS Digital won seven Webby Awards. Before joining PBS, Seiken was based in London, where he led programming for AOL Europe. He also was the founding executive editor of washingtonpost.com. He was a JSK Fellow in 1993-94.
