Fracking and air pollution topic of 2015 Knight-Risser Prize Symposium

Recipients of the 2015 Knight-Risser Prize for Western Environmental Journalism discussed their work documenting  pollution problems in one of the country’s  most active oil and gas fields during a recent symposium at Stanford.

They were joined by an environmental attorney and and energy economist in discussing the issues raised by “Big Oil, Bad Air,” a joint 18-month reporting project by the Center for Public Integrity, InsideClimate News and The Weather Channel.
